Tom Price was finally confirmed as Secretary of Health and Human Services, and Governor Deal announced a special election for his vacant seat representing Georgia’s 6th Congressional District. Richard Keatley has announced his candidacy for the position, and has explained the short turn around time, requiring $5,200 by Feb. 15 to get on the ballot. Based on the candidates they’re putting up this time around for the special election, it doesn’t look like they’ve changed their ways.
